📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and storage systems.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of critical IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks to avoid downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and incidents for future reference.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data center operations or similar roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of data center cooling systems and power distribution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
