📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
• Process and confirm reservations, handling any special requests or modifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, such as housekeeping, dining, and activities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the front desk cash register.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for special occasions and weddings.
• Promote our resort's amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siriuss, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bali's hospitality industry and local customs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
