📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the credit and collections team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity, working closely with the accounting team to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with international partners to streamline financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
