📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily operations across all Your Physio clinics in Bali, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including physiotherapists, administrators, and support staff, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to support the expansion of the Your Physio chain in Bali.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
