📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
