CIRCUIT Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, slides, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Knowledge of training methodologies and assessment techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other training software.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
