📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement team training programs to improve performance and skills.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Manage team schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) is a plus.
