📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and sales.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.,Report on social media metrics and provide insights to the marketing team.,Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns and manage ad spend.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
