📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage Oracle Fusion HCM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.,Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.,Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.,Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM trends, technologies, and best practices.,Mentor and train junior consultants and team members on Oracle Fusion HCM technologies and methodologies.,Participate in sales and proposal activities, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM consulting, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior consultant role.,Certified in Oracle Fusion HCM (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation Specialist).,Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and On-Premise technologies.,Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle Fusion HCM projects.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
