Develop and maintain HR systems to support our business operations,Work closely with the HR team to ensure that our systems are aligned with our business needs,Design and implement user-friendly and efficient HR systems,Ensure that our HR systems are secure and compliant with all relevant regulations,Provide technical support to the HR team and end-users,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends and best practices,Conduct regular system audits and make recommendations for improvements,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that our HR systems integrate well with other business systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in HR systems development,Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and related technologies,Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python,Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle,Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
