📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to improve skills and performance.,Work closely with the executive team to achieve sales and operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
