📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to maintain cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
