Bright Nest Group is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Track and analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
