📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.,Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
