📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.

  • Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
