📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of government stadiums.
  • Ensure the safety and functionality of all stadium facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and upgrades.
  • Manage staff and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to stadium usage.
  • Monitor and report on stadium performance and maintenance needs.
  • Participate in regional sports events and tournaments.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stadium management or facility maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language.
