Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and values,Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs in a multicultural environment🛠️ Keahlian
