📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Oversee daily cash operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of cash handling procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash handling and accounting software.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
