In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (preferred but not required).,Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
