📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to employee benefits, compensation, and discipline.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on employee relations and engagement.,Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
