📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Performing hemodialysis treatments using state-of-the-art equipment such as the Fresenius AV 4040 and Gambro AK10.
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs, dialysis parameters, and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Providing patient education and support to promote adherence to dialysis treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and regulations.
• Participating in continuous professional development activities.
• Assisting in the management of the dialysis unit, including patient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff as a Head Nurse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Post Basic in Renal qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hemodialysis Nurse or Head Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in renal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
