📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and manage network security to protect against cyber threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train and support end-users on the use of IT systems and software.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address IT issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
