📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and placement of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
