📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and storage systems.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of critical IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks to avoid downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Document all maintenance activities and incidents for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues promptly.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center operations or similar roles.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of data center cooling systems and power distribution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
