📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
• Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: ovens, stoves, grills, and food processors.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with modern culinary trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
