In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and provide exceptional service to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all details are taken care of.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service throughout the event, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet equipment and decorations.,Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in the event industry.,Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
