📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Maintain and update financial databases and systems to ensure data integrity.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
