Cemerlang Technology is seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our remote outlet in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in regular meetings with the regional manager to discuss performance and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
