📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of government stadiums.

Ensure the safety and functionality of all stadium facilities.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and upgrades.

Manage staff and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to stadium usage.

Monitor and report on stadium performance and maintenance needs.

Participate in regional sports events and tournaments.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Sports Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in stadium management or facility maintenance.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Valid driver's license.

Fluency in Indonesian language.
