📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and pies, to meet customer demands.,Ensure the quality and freshness of all pastries by following strict quality control procedures.,Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen equipment and work areas.,Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Keep up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques to innovate our menu.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Valid food handler's permit and certification in food safety.,Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
