🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on production support.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for equipment maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
