• Manage and lead a team of sales consultants, ensuring they meet their sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Train and develop sales consultants, providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify and address customer needs and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Participate in inventory management and promotional activities to support sales goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
