📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Ensure the quality, safety, and presentation of all food items.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and prepare daily menus in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen budgets and ensure cost-effective food preparation.,Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance.,Resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.
