📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Support the company's strategic initiatives by providing HR insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record in leading HR teams and implementing HR strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
