📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our credit-based products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the credit solutions industry.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to stay updated on the latest developments and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of the leasing and credit solutions industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
